Family Home Health Services is committed to improving the health care delivery system in its area. To do this, it is necessary to recognize the needs of the community and to act toward minimizing the personally devastating effects of illness, accident or disability on the patient and family.

We note here that our pledge to the aged or disabled patient is to defend and acknowledge the basic integrity of the individual and to aid in the reacquisition of their productive places in society.

The necessity of hospitalization for all services to the patient is an ideology, which has passed its time. The convenience, comfort and security of one's own home have come to the forefront of progressive medical service delivery. We dedicate ourselves and our Agency to the provision of services, which will accomplish the mutual ends.

It is our objective at Family Home Health Services to provide the injured, aged or disabled client with proficient health care professionals oriented in the team approach of medical service delivery. To accomplish this objective we must maintain lines of communication between all persons associated with the case and the responsible attending physician.

It is our desire to provide the physical and psychological means necessary for the rapid recovery of the patient. However, we realize that not all patients will recover and we will remain prepared to provide the services and arrangements necessary to facilitate the best interests of the patient. This will include communication and cooperation between ourselves, the community and other health and welfare agencies.
